Fully Automated Power Cord Assembly Line

A fully automated power cord assembly line is an integrated intelligent equipment system specifically used for the manufacturing of power cords and plug cords. It covers the complete process from wire feeding, cutting, stripping, wire splitting, crimping, injection molding, testing, and packaging. This series of production lines is differentiated in design according to different market standards (national standard, European standard) and application scenarios (computer power cords, air conditioner power cords, air conditioner connection cables, two-pin plugs, three-pin plugs, direct plug types, etc.), and is capable of processing various wire types with cross-sectional areas of 0.75–1.5 square millimeters, supporting round cables, flat cables, and multi-core cables.
The production line generally adopts a high-performance PLC control system, a touchscreen human-machine interface, a servo motor precision wire feeding mechanism, and a vision inspection system, ensuring a processing speed of over 900 pieces per hour, with a maximum qualified rate of up to 99.5%. The injection molding section can be configured with 8-station or 12-station rotary table mechanisms according to requirements, supporting both pit-type and floor-standing installation layouts. Some production lines also integrate silent crimping, heat shrink tubing sealing, safety light curtains, big data monitoring, and MES system integration modules.
